Did you know that from 2018 – 2019, we proudly welcomed more than 600 guests from NC and beyond to make Caring House their home away from home. As a result, our volunteers found countless ways to give back by donating over 2,493 hours of their time. And our staff worked hard day-in and day-out to operate Caring House and ensure that Duke Cancer Institute patients had an affordable and healing place to stay during the course of their treatment. The cherry on top for us, is that we were also able to offer 332 oncological massages – among many other programs geared towards relaxation and recovery – to our guests completely free of charge. 

We are so proud of these accomplishments! However, we couldn’t have done any of this without YOU! We truly thank you for your dedicated support to Caring House.
